At Gateway Surveyors, we're looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is predominantly home-based however there is some requirement for travel for monthly collaboration days and team meetings in Crawley. 

What you'll be doing:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers and clients, providing exceptional service.
• Efficiently process referral forms and ensure accurate data entry.
• Provide quotations via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assessing properties to ensure that the most suitable products are recommended.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to secure sales.
• Input new instructions into our system (Quest) and allocate work to Surveyors.
• Liaise with Surveyors regarding appointments and survey report updates.
• Ensuring query resolution via phone and email.
• Perform system administration duties to maintain smooth operations.

What we're looking for:

• Confident telephone manner with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Previous experience in customer support or sales roles.
• Experience within the property industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and quick to learn new software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Eagerness to learn new skills to support the wider business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
