We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our operations team based at our headquarters in Chellaston, Derby. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for providing administration support to the business.

The salary for this role is £23,400 plus a wide range of competitive and flexible benefits.

What you’ll be doing:

• You'll be the first point of contact for office enquiries by phone and email.
• System administration including inputting instructions and allocating work
• Ensuring our databases are up to date and accurate.
• Liaising with Surveyors regarding appointments and report updates.
• Building strong working relationships with internal/external teams to ensure the smooth flow of information across the business.

What you need to succeed:

• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment of at least two years
• Be a quick learner who is tech-savvy and open to learning and working with           different software
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Excellent telephone communication skills, and previous experience in dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Customer service and problem-solving experience
• Collaborative with ability to take initiative and a strong ‘can do’ attitude
• Sense of urgency – to be able to focus your energy on where it matters the most
• Be pro-active. Complete work as efficiently and accurately as possible and seek more work where necessary
